\u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u6216\u5934\u8854\u600e\u4e48\u6837\uff0c\u6307\u5bfc\u548c\u8f85\u5bfc\u90fd\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u6253\u9020\u521b\u65b0\u800c\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6307\u5bfc (Coaching) \u548c\u8f85\u5bfc (Mentoring) \u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6559\u7ec3 (Coach)\uff0c\u662f\u5e2e\u52a9\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5e08
